Texas Fire Apparatus's (TFA) mission is to provide exceptional products and service to our customers while developing long-term relationships, which will lead to lives being saved and property conservation, which defines ultimate customer satisfaction; and, in doing so, will establish and maintain our customers' and Texas Fire Apparatus’s continued long-term success.
We will grow through strengthening relationships, holding ourselves to the highest level of service available to Firefighters and the Communities they serve while responding to our customers quickly and professionally just as the Fire Service responds when called.
